At VENUS, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment to ensure faster processing.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is fully processed.
